New digital iBook about creationism and dinosaurs touted to be "an advanced teaching tool"

A rather worrisome book... wonder if the kids reading it will wonder why those dinosaurs just don't eat up Adam and Eve before they have a chance to say apple?

From The God Discussion:  New digital iBook about creationism and dinosaurs touted to be "an advanced teaching tool"

The president of New Leaf Publishing Group says that they have something "really special" that's worth a look … The Dinosaurs for Kids iBook application, by creationist Ken Ham, founder of the Creation Museum.
According to the company's advertisement (embedded below), users can touch their iPad screens and discover key discussion topics about "the path of evolution vs. the path to Biblical truth."  Examples of living fossils are shown, along with video commentary by Ham.
Throughout the presentation, Ham pronounces the names of 42 dinosaurs for young readers.  The dinosaurs are shown in 3-D detail and "really come alive."
The publisher writes, "Within these pages kids will uncover the facts about dinosaur history from the Creation to recent discoveries. Let Ken Ham take you on a journey through time to explore these awesome wonders of God's design." Quoting the publisher's material, the iBook will allow young readers to:
  • Peek inside a dinosaur egg
  • Discover what dinosaurs really ate
  • Learn how dinosaur tracks are made
  • Meet the most unusual creatures to ever walk the earth, stalk the seas, or soar across the sky
  • Discover how dinosaur bonebeds are made, and other kinds of fossils beyond just bones
  • Learn the truth behind museum exhibits and flawed evolutionary timelines
  • Discover more about the 7 Fs of dinosaur history
"Purchase your copy to share with your family as an advanced teaching tool and all around fun," the video ad concludes.
